An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we ship. If a listed price or specification is wrong, we may cancel the order before shipping and refund in full rather than honour the error.
Published torque, thrust, and current figures are peak values measured on a bench at the stated bus voltage, with adequate cooling. Continuous ratings depend on your thermal design. Treat published numbers as a starting point for your own testing, not as a guarantee of performance in your machine.
These parts are components for integration by qualified engineers. They are not certified for use in life-support, medical, aerospace-certified, or nuclear applications, and they are not sold as finished machinery. Guarding, emergency stops, current limiting, and risk assessment are the integrator's responsibility.
Hardware is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from over-voltage, over-current, mechanical overload, ingress, or modification.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the part in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost time, damage to equipment the part was installed in, or lost contracts.
You are responsible for complying with export control and sanctions law when you re-export these parts or the machines containing them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
