Orders ship directly from our manufacturing partner rather than from a warehouse we operate. To make that happen we pass your name, delivery address, phone number, and the contents of your order to that partner and to the carrier, both of which are outside the United States. That is the only purpose the information is used for, and it is not used for marketing by anyone.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers. Information is shared only with the parties needed to complete an order — our payment processor, our manufacturing and shipping partners, the carrier, and our accountant — and with government agencies where customs or export rules require it.
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is held in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device until you check out; clearing site data removes it. Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout page it hosts, which are necessary for payment and fraud prevention.
Order records are kept as long as tax, customs, export, and warranty obligations require — typically seven years. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for supporting what you bought.
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything not tied to a legal retention requirement. Write to info@picassointelligence.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in California, the EU, or the UK, you have these rights by statute and we apply them to everyone.
