Orders paid online ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is charged once per order, not per item, so adding a second motor does not add freight.

A single small part costs us about as much to pick, pack and ship as a whole actuator does, which is what the bottom rate covers. It is almost always cheaper to put the cable or the driver board on the same order as the motor than to buy it on its own.
Our goods are manufactured outside the United States, so import duty and tariffs apply to every shipment. On orders to the United States we pay them. The price you see at checkout is what you pay: you will not be billed by the carrier or a customs broker after delivery, and there is nothing to clear at your end.
State sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Lead time depends on the model and the quantity — some models move quickly, others are supplied against a build schedule — so we confirm it in writing on your order confirmation rather than quoting a blanket figure we do not control. If anything slips after that, we tell you before we ship rather than after.
Expedited and Saturday delivery can be arranged on request. Because cutoffs vary by destination, expedited orders are arranged individually rather than online — write to info@picassointelligence.com with your address and we will confirm what is possible before you pay.
We ship internationally, but not through the online checkout — international orders are quoted individually. Import duty, taxes, and customs treatment depend on the parts and on where they ship from and to, and in some destinations the duty is a large fraction of the goods value, so it has to be worked out per country rather than estimated. Where charges apply they are itemised in your quote before you pay. Send us your address and parts list and we will come back with a landed figure.
Pallet quantities ship by freight and are quoted separately. We do not ship batteries or other hazardous goods.
Report visible carrier damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging. We will replace damaged goods and handle the carrier claim ourselves.
Tracking is emailed when the label is created, which is usually a few hours before the parcel is collected. If tracking has not moved by the next business day, contact us and we will chase it.
