Unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping on unused stock is at the buyer's expense unless the wrong item was sent.
Hardware that has been mounted and powered may be returned within 14 days for store credit, provided it is undamaged, complete, and free of modification. Units with stripped fasteners, cut leads, drilled housings, or magnet damage cannot be returned.
Defective units are replaced outright with no restocking fee and no return shipping cost to you, for 12 months from delivery. Tell us what the unit did and at what current and voltage — it helps us catch a batch problem early if there is one.
Custom windings, custom gear ratios, and Silicon Steel (Beta) items are made or cut to order and are not returnable unless defective.
No restocking fee applies to unused returns inside 30 days. Returns accepted outside that window, at our discretion, carry a 15% restocking fee.
Contact us with your order reference and we will issue an RMA number. Returns without an RMA cannot be matched to an order and will be held. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parts arriving back.
